Apart from all the interesting sites to see in and around Mendoza, our school offers a range of free and low cost activities to participate during your stay. Our language school and expert staff are available to help you plan activities outside of the school to the Andes or to any one of the many vineyards after your Mendoza language course.
Our school hosts a city tour of Mendoza on Mondays directed at new students. The tour is mainly to show students around the city center and interesting areas close to the school. After taking this tour students normally feel much more comfortable when walking around Mendoza on their own.

On Fridays our school hosts a typical Argentinean asado, barbeque, with great meat and sausages. This asado is perfect for getting to know the teachers and other students who are attending the school. Not to mention there is a song class simultaneously where students can learn typical Argentinean songs, usually sung by the gauchos, cowboys, around a campfire.
Take a tango class on Thursdays to really immerse yourself in Argentinean culture. Tango is the national dance of Argentina and is famous for its smooth movements and beautiful accompanying music.
Conversation and Phonetics Classes
Our school offers a conversation and phonetics lesson after morning Spanish lessons free of charge. Continue practicing speaking in Spanish on Thursdays or focus on pronunciation on Tuesdays with a teacher.Mendoza Photo Gallery
Since our school receives many international students and also offers languages classes to Argentineans, we offer a language exchange every Monday afternoon. The language exchange consists of one hour conversing in your native language and one hour of conversation in Spanish. This activity is free of charge.
Our language school in Mendoza offers a weekly screening of an Argentine film free of charge for all students. Students are welcome to come along and watch the film on Wednesday afternoon and stick around to discuss the film with a teacher present. Argentina has a large and colorful film industry and has many great films to offer.
The snowy slopes of the Andes are a few hours away from Mendoza. Las Leñas Ski Resort is rarely crowded as it is located far from major cities like Buenos Aires. The resort has hotels, restaurants and great skiing facilities. The resort has rental services so you can rent your skis and gear when you get to the mountain.
During the winter several bus companies offer services from Mendoza to Las Leñas for around USD$7.00, the journey takes around six hours.

During your language holiday in Mendoza you must find time to visit at least one of the dozens of vineyards located around Mendoza. Most vineyards offer guided tours and tastings of their wines.
The largest winery in Mendoza, La Bodega Rural, offers a full tour service of their grounds, the wine process, storage and end with a tasting.
Mendoza is located at the foot of the Andes Mountains. Students can chose from a selection of outdoor excursions in and around the Andes. Possible excursions include: hiking and trekking, repelling, bike rides and white water rafting. Our school is available to help all of our students plan weekend excursions and activities.
