To get to the Amazon Spanish school you will take a motorized canoe down the Napo river from Coca, where you will find 27 hut Yarina Eco Lodge, fitted with private bathrooms, hot water, restaurant and bar.

If immersing yourself in indigenous life is more appealing than choosing to study Spanish in the Amazon school with the Shuar people is your best bet. Living and learning among the Shuar is a rich experience, since you will be involved in community and family life, all while studying with the Amazon Spanish school.

When studying in the Shuar community, your instructor will enjoy class with you in the morning and then depart, so that you can engage this native culture without any distractions, taking your learning to another level!
